She is a practicing Buddhist having been brought up in the Buddhist culture and has been a long term volunteer in Taiwan, India and Canada. Her approach to healthcare is enhanced from her service work and meditation practice. Prior to pursuing a career in the healthcare industry, Sabina’s previous work and life experiences set a solid foundation for her knowledge of sports injuries, rehabilitation exercise, and connection between mind and body.
Sabina obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991, majoring in Journalism, from the Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, where she developed keen observation and writing skills. She enjoy traveling, was lived in Paris for a year, also traveled through Europe and Asia, experienced different ways of leaving make her appreciated the life as it is. She also love swimming and biking, leave in beautiful Kitsilano area, Kits pool and seawall are the places make her the new home.
Sabina is able to offer helpful suggestions when clients are seeking additional information beyond their physical condition. This holistic approach often helps clients understand the root cause of their discomfort, supplementing the healing process.
Sabina is constantly learning how acupuncture combines with proper life style, exercise and body-mind awareness reconstruction, to help clients overcome chronic pain and various issues, helping them gradually regain balance between mind and body.
